PHILLIP R. LOWE is the Assistant Professor of Costume Design at Utah State University and has been In The Mix since the beginning. He read for Ali Abu Yassin in The Gaza Monologues by Ashtar Theatre; directed, production designed, and played The Voice / Psychiatrist in Candy & Dorothy, and even consulted on inaugural production The Last Five Years.
